#60Movies – Day 4: Drive

6 01 2013

Here was another Ryan Gosling movie. I tell you, I love that guy. He’s so cute and he’s a good actor too. But I couldn’t judge that from this movie. If you really want to see a good Ryan Gosling movie, watch Half Nelson. But anyway, back to Drive…

Drive: A Hollywood stuntman falls in love with his next-door neighbor, but things go awry when her husband gets out of prison.

My Takeaway: Blank stare.

I don’t even know what to say about this film as far as a point or an underlying theme. I couldn’t get past the unexpected amount of violence in this one. After watching Django the night before, I wasn’t prepared to endure another blood bath. So I couldn’t really get into this one. 1 Star from me.
